  • Checkerboard Programming Rant

Apparently I have mastered the art of drawing checkerboards and even the gingham pattern with the C Programming Language. Such a thing could serve as the “Hello World” of graphics programming.

But what I need to do is get back to reading my programming books and get a more full understanding of the C and C++ languages themselves. Mostly I’ve just been messing around with my existing knowledge to create strange animations.

One goal I have in mind would be to write a book that specifically details how a checkerboard is made with a programming language. It is theoretically possible to do it in any programming language but requires a means to turn the array of pixels into a valid image file.

The SDL library is absolutely perfect in how it allows low level pixel access on a surface and comes with a function to save the surface to a BMP file.

And SDL is only one of many graphics libraries. There are hundreds of others and knowing how to draw pixels to an image is essential no matter which of them is used.

  • Life Goals

    1. Get awesome job and save money.

    2. Get testicles removed.

    3. Turn myself into a woman by hormones or witchcraft. Whichever is most effective.

    4. Marry a vegan man(trans men count) and enjoy straight privilege while being technically gay and asexual.

    5. Adopt a child and lead them in the ways of veganism and video games.

    6. Live happily ever after.

  • So I tried joining a dating site

I tried something recently. I joined that Plenty of Fish website. It’s mostly a dating site but I thought maybe I would have an interesting experience and meet people in my local area who might be good friends.

However right from the very start I ran into an issue. I was forced into a choice of selecting whether I was male or female. For a non-trans person, this is trivial. You just go with your biological sex. But to a trans person it feels dishonest to choose either. If I say I’m a man it feels like a lie but if I say I’m a woman it also feels like a lie because obviously I have a male body and didn’t want to confuse people.

And this is why trans people can’t date. It’s paralyzing and you never know if you’ve made the right choice. But I did the only sensible thing. I chose female and then wrote a big wall of text for my description explaining EXACTLY that I was male to female transgender and interested in friends or possibly a relationship that didn’t involve sex like what some asexuals are lucky enough to find. I also mentioned I wanted to meet more vegans that were hopefully in my area.

But you know people don’t read profiles. They just look at their picture and then message stupid things that prove they didn’t read. Perhaps it’s for the best that my account was banned. I didn’t break any rules that I was aware of but somebody probably reported me or something. For the short time I had an account I was getting messages from guys asking me for oral and anal sex.

And the moral of this story is that I only confirmed what I already believed. People are just dumb and they don’t read or care about WHO a person is but only what body parts they have and what sexual things they can do with them.

Is it really any wonder why I’ve become such a paranoid misanthrope? Is it really any wonder that I despise the male body I was born with because it reminds me of the evil men of the world?

It may seem strange that I even would join a site like that but it was something new to try and I think it did give me a small view into what other people go through when they try online dating and what goes on in their head. But in the end it’s kind of funny when I think about what a miserable failure it was.

  • A bit of SDL programming.

I did a little bit of programming today. Mostly I just did a few edits to my 7 deadly shapes animation. I keep copying the entire function to a separate file and renaming them so that I can then choose which animation to run again if I need it. It takes a lot of work to make an animation like this through just C code and a combination of SDL libraries.

Shortly after I started getting back into programming animations I created a secondary YouTube channel which currently has only my animations for those who are interested in them without all the other stuff that is on my main channel.
  • Other vaccination problems

Although I am against vaccines primarily because of the animal ingredients and use of animals for the production or testing of vaccines, I have other issues with them. Even if vaccines were vegan I would never consent to vaccination if there was any way out of it.

If pro-vaxxers had their way, we would all be forced to be vaccinated which is identical to rape because it means injecting viruses into people’s bodies without their consent.

And there is no logic in objecting diseases into yourself to prevent those diseases. And it gets worse! The people who are vaccinated blame the unvaccinated for getting them sick!

The level of stupidity I see among most pro-vaccination people is second only to the things I see carnists say routinely.

People have the right to vaccinate themselves and their own children and yet they get one of the diseases the vaccines were supposed to protect them from, and then they blame the people who did not receive the vaccines for getting them sick.

If vaccines make you immune to a disease then unvaccinated people can’t give you that disease!

So you can vaccinate yourself but don’t you dare tell me I’m obligated to be vaccinated. If you get sick from the disease you chose to be injected with, that’s your problem.
